Purpose of the processing of your personal data
For the purpose of Danske Havne's daily operations, including safeguarding the interests of Danske Havne's members, personal data is processed.
In particular, personal data is registered for the purpose of correspondence with individual natural persons, private individuals as well as employees of companies, other trade organizations, public authorities, etc.
Legal basis for the processing of your personal data
The processing of your personal data, including registration, storage and disclosure, is based on Danske Havne's pursuit of a legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in the form of political interest representation for Danske Havne's members.
Recipients of your personal data
Your personal data is treated with respect and we strive not to disclose it unless we are legally obliged to do so or if it is necessary to pursue the purposes described above.
In this case, the disclosure is made on the basis of the stated legal basis.
Data processors
Danske Havne seeks to process your personal data as transparently as possible, which is why you are presented below with the data processors we use. The data processors handle your personal data according to Danske Havne's instructions and can only use your data for the stated purpose.

All electronic documents are stored on external servers. These servers are managed by our data processor KIMO CONSULT ApS, Gammel Kongevej 11, 3rd floor, 1610 Copenhagen V, Denmark. CVR no. 31478073.
Storage of your personal data
Your personal data is stored on our mail server managed by Kimo Consult.
Deletion
The data is continuously deleted from Danske Havnes servers after 1 month.
Danske Havne has the possibility to re-extract data processed by Retriver if this is relevant and necessary.
Your rights
You have a number of rights under the General Data Protection Regulation in relation to our processing of information about you.
- You have the right to access the data we process about you and a range of additional information.
- You have the right to have inaccurate information about yourself corrected.
- In exceptional cases, you have the right to have data about you deleted before the time of our ordinary general deletion occurs.
- In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have the processing restricted, we may in future only process the data - except for storage - with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.
- In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.
