We process the following personal data about you:

Purpose of the processing of your personal data
Based on your subscription to Danske Havne's newsletter, we process your personal data to send out newsletters.
Legal basis for the processing of your personal data
By registering your e-mail address, you consent to us sending our newsletter to the e-mail address provided, cf. Article 6(1)(a).
You can withdraw your consent at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can do this by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of your latest newsletter or by sending an email to danskehavne@danskehavne.dk stating that you wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter.
Who we share your information with
Your e-mail address is stored with our data processor, Inzite Media ApS, CVR no. 37001481, Slotsgade 33, 9330 Dronninglund, who maintains our website.
We do not share your information with others.
Storage period
The information is automatically deleted when you unsubscribe from the newsletter and cannot be restored.
Your rights
You have a number of rights under the General Data Protection Regulation in relation to our processing of information about you.
You have the right to access the data we process about you and a range of additional information.
You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.
In exceptional cases, you have the right to have data about you deleted before the time of our ordinary general deletion occurs.
In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have the processing restricted, we may in future only process the data - except for storage - with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.
In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.
