Ports can receive sewage wastewater
Summer, sun and adventure attract lots of cruise ships and tourists to the Baltic Sea. In April, the IMO agreed to make the Baltic Sea a no-go zone for passenger ship toilet flushing from 2019/2021. Ports are ready to receive the sewage to ensure clean seas, clean beaches and environmentally friendly shipping. But it's not free or easy for ports or ships.
