ADP's CEO resigns

Adm. Director Nils Skeby has for the past 3 ½ years been in charge of a renewal and successful development of the port company Associated Danish Ports A/S, which owns the ports of Fredericia, Middelfart and Nyborg. The development has, among other things, included changing ADP's core business so that the company is no longer to the same extent dependent on revenues from North Sea oil. Nils Skeby has also been responsible for a number of significant investments in the ports and not least in connection with the establishment of the company Taulov Dryport. the establishment of the company Taulov Dryport A/S, which is Denmark's only dryport, which the goal is to develop into Denmark's largest logistics center. This development has taken place in close cooperation with the pension company PFA. As Nils Skeby has now completed the renewal and turnaround for which he was hired, Nils Skeby has decided to leave ADP A/S to continue with business and project development outside the framework of ADP. Nils Skeby will resign with effect from May 1, 2019 and will until then assist ADP in some specific projects. ADP's CFO Villads Kirkegaard-Jensen is acting as Adm.
