Danish Ports will be involved when the Danish Nature Agency draws up new guidelines on quality requirements for sediment Today, the dredging guidelines apply. But the new sediment handling hiraki may mean new guidelines if analysis requirements and results are to apply to both by-pass, recovery and dredging. For Danish Ports, it is crucial to ensure proportionality in the conditions. Requirements for analysis must be based on reasonable suspicion. Danish Ports wants to be involved when the Danish Nature Agency prepares new guidelines. See Port Denmark's consultation response here.
