The shipping industry, the shipyard industry and related downstream industries, service companies, research and educational institutions, service organizations and authorities

Who can apply?

Commercial, maritime projects
› Loan up to 50% of project budget
› Early engagement loans for Start-ups
› Loans for projects in Scale-ups
› Loans for R&D in the SME segment
› Co-financing of innovation projects in large companies

Amount & conditions

A total of DKK 51 million for 69 projects (2019)

The fund's distributions must
› support the development of Blue Denmark
› be of benefit to Danish shipping companies, shipyards and equipment manufacturers
› support innovative and future-oriented activities
› have a catalytic effect
› want to create new jobs
› have a commercial-oriented content or be of a non-profit nature
› willing to support maritime activities that can support/be attributed to the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals
