Student assistant for communication tasks in Danish Ports

Danske Havne is looking for a student assistant with an interest in socio-economics and solid communication skills. We prefer that you have completed at least the second year of your studies.
Danish Ports is a trade organization for more than 50 Danish commercial ports, which together have an annual turnover of almost DKK 2 billion. Danish commercial ports are of great importance to society as infrastructure and business hubs, and our main tasks are to influence business policy, participate in the public debate and, not least, to provide advice and secure frameworks so that members can develop their businesses in the best possible way for the benefit of employment and competitiveness.
Work tasks
We envisage that you will spend 15 hours per week assisting the Head of Communication with the organization's external and internal communication, including updating the website and social media. In addition, there will be a number of ad hoc tasks that will also need to be solved.
Some of the other things that will be included in the work are
- Drafting articles based on both interviews and data collection.
- Preparation of events e.g. internal forums, People's Meeting, meetings with politicians, etc.
- Update of mailing lists.
- Other practical ad hoc tasks to keep the Office running.
You will be part of a team with the office's consultants, and you will have Søren Søndergaard, Head of Communications at Danske Havne, as your primary reference.
About you
You are studying political science, business studies, communication or similar and are professionally competent. You have good analytical skills, good communication skills and interest. It is important that you can work with and prioritize large amounts of information, and that you are sharp and articulate. You have a good knowledge of IT and are able to use relevant programs in your work. As a person, you are responsible, thorough and proactive and approach new tasks with openness and interest. You work in a structured and solution-oriented way. Your analyses and notes are characterized by being well thought out and well prepared.
