Draft proposal for the Address Act
Some port areas are "white spots" on the GPS because there is insufficient mapping. This is especially true of areas close to quays. For this reason, Danish Ports have for a long time worked for quay numbers to be an address that can be used by drivers who need to reach ships and, not least, in connection with accidents and incidents. Danish Ports have suggested to the Danish Agency for Data Supply and Efficiency that the possibilities of drawing information from existing sources should be examined when the Address Act is to be put into practice.
