Danish Ports has submitted a consultation response to the Danish Maritime Authority in connection with a bill to amend the Maritime Act and the Act on Safety at Sea. According to Ports Denmark's consultation response, the commercial ports' opportunities to secure the right to a maritime lien in connection with attachments for port, ship and other port-related charges must be ensured by a clarification of the Maritime Act.
