Regional Fund Program for Denmark 2014-2020

Danish Ports notes that in the regional fund program, emphasis is placed on strengthening the general growth conditions, including the Growth Plan for Blue Denmark. In continuation of this, Danish Ports would like to see the maritime sector explicitly mentioned in the priority axes of the regional fund program. Furthermore, Danish Ports has recommended that no limit is placed on the number of clusters that can receive support in the respective growth forums. Danish Ports believes that this is an unnecessary restriction, where there is a risk that smaller or start-up clusters will be overlooked in favor of more established clusters.
