Relaxed requirements for passenger ships

Security requirements target the activity - relaxations for passenger ships The Danish Maritime Authority proposes in the consultation to equate the different modes of transportation for passengers in relation to terrorist protection. It is expected that passenger ships and other ships with ISPS status, which are predominantly in domestic traffic, will be equated with security levels and measures in e.g. trains, city and port buses, or for larger passenger ships with dedicated terminals.
