The Air Quality Ordinance

September 7, 2016

The Executive Order will have an impact on shipping and ship calls in Danish ports. In general, Danish Ports believes that there is a need for coordination and best practice in the area of port state control so that the level of control is uniform, whether the ship calls at a Danish port or another port in our neighboring countries. The aim must be to ensure that control does not become a competitive parameter in relation to which ports the individual ships call at.
