Consultation response to the draft proposal for an act on the repeal of a number of acts in the area of the Ministry of Transport

Danish Ports thanks for the opportunity to comment on the draft proposal for a bill to repeal a number of laws in the area of the Ministry of Transport.

General comments
Danish Ports has no general comments on the bill as it is about repealing a number of obsolete laws, especially older planning and construction laws that are no longer applicable or have not been applied.
