The modernization of the Planning Act contributes to creating a better framework for business development and growth. Danish Ports welcomes the modernization of the Planning Act and is particularly concerned that the adjustment aims towards and accommodates good frameworks for growth and development, so that the planning ensures new establishment and/or further development of existing companies in the areas of the commercial ports.
