Consultation Response: Draft Proposal for the Modernization of the Planning Act

The modernization of the Planning Act helps create a better framework for business development and growth. Danske Havne welcomes the modernization of the Planning Act and is particularly concerned that the amendments aim to and ensure a favorable framework for growth and development, so that planning ensures the establishment of new businesses and/or the further development of existing businesses on commercial port sites.
