Consultation on amendments to the Mineral Resources Act and the Coastal Protection Act

The Minister for the Environment should start from the fact that sediment is cleaner today than 10 years ago. New rules for the extraction of raw materials also open up new opportunities for simpler case processing when dredging and cleaning up shipping channels and ports. But this will only happen if the Minister of the Environment takes into account that sediment from harbors is much cleaner today than it was ten years ago.
