Consultation on the administrative basis for the Danish Coastal Authority's processing of cases in the territorial waters

Danish Ports still wants a division of cases between the Danish Coastal Authority and the Danish Transport Authority The Minister of the Environment wants clear criteria for which activities are allowed on coastal territory. A new administrative basis has therefore been in consultation. However, it is not the Danish Coastal Authority, but the Danish Transport Authority that handles all projects involving the establishment, renovation, removal or expansion of harbors that take place within the port's covering works.
