Consultation of the proposal for the Danpilot Act

Danish Ports wants cheap and safe pilotage with high security of supply

It is therefore welcome that the government has launched an analysis of the entire pilot area. While we wait for this analysis, the proposal to transform DanPilot into an independent public company is under consultation. Danish Ports are positive about the organizational change, which can lead to further streamlining. Danish Ports also welcomes the opportunities for DanPilot to enter into closer cooperation with other actors and ports, so that resources can be used more efficiently and safe pilotage can be carried out wherever it is needed.
