Can the port charge users for the costs?

The Danish Working Environment Authority's decision will not affect whether the port can decide to charge for the use of the welfare facilities. Danske Havnes therefore interprets the rules to mean that it is up to the individual port to decide whether the costs should be user-financed or covered by the port.
