Questions

How much does the area cost?

As stated, the municipal port is covered by the tendering rules. Therefore, it is assumed that the price of the area is set that way.

Autonomous and public limited company ports, on the other hand, are free to use any sales method, provided they act in a financially sound manner on behalf of the port or port company. In practice, this means selling at market price.

Port Denmark recommends that the port obtains two or three valuations of the area prior to sale so that the price level is determined on the basis of several independent valuations.
