What are the rules for parking on the port area?

The general rules on parking are found in sections 28-30 of the Danish Road Traffic Act, which regulate how you can park on road areas. Special rules apply to stopping and parking on and near railway tracks, see section 31(1).

In addition, the road authority for a public road may, with the consent of the police, make specific traffic regulations on e.g. stopping and parking on the road area, cf. section 92.

For major renovation or new construction of buildings with more than 10 parking spaces, at least one charging station must be established in connection with the parking facility and at least every fifth renovated parking space must be prepared for charging stations, cf. the charging station order.
