Does balance sheet total, turnover and employees affect the liability?

Yes. If the port has more than 50 employees, it is subject to section 139a of the Danish Companies Act on targets and policies for the underrepresented gender. However, this only applies if the ports fall under 2 out of 3 of the following criteria

- A balance sheet total of DKK 143 million.

- A net revenue of DKK 286 million and

- An average number of full-time employees of 250
