Scale Up Denmark

The Maritime Elite Training Center

What's good for the port's customers is good for the port. The new offer from Marcod and Scale-Up focuses on growth in the maritime industry. Here's what they offer: Do you have activities that fall within the maritime industry? Are you facing new market opportunities, a new technology, a new product, a new strategy or similar? Then you have the opportunity to participate in The Maritime Elite Training Centerwhich is a national offer for maritime growth companies. Here you will be part of an ambitious development program tailored to your company with a focus on management advice, raising capital and advice targeted to your specific needs.

Center training - The four focus areas:

  • Growth camps focusing on strategy and leadership development (for management and board)
  • Workshops with competence development in e.g. sales, internationalization, maritime trends (for management and key employees)
  • Fundraising - individual advice and training (for management)
  • Flexible advisory process with individual advice

The themes for the consultancy courses can be: strategy and organizational development, sales and internationalization or certification and digitalization. Your needs and wishes determine the theme.

Who can participate?

You must be under 250 employees and have high growth potential. Management must have high ambitions and be willing to commit the necessary resources to the program, which is expected to last six to eight months. It is also a requirement that you have a connection to the maritime industry or a goal to enter the maritime market. The center is a national offer for ambitious companies from all over the country. Cooperation agreements have been signed with Danske Maritime, EMUC, Offshoreenergy.dk and Fyns Maritime Klynge, which help to identify and recommend relevant candidates for the center's 30 ambitious development courses.
