According to articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation, Danske Ports is obliged to make a range of information available to you as a data subject. In the following, you can read about how we process your personal data.

Purpose of processing your personal data
To manage the operations of Danish Ports, a number of contracts are entered into for the delivery of various services.
In a number of cases, these are provided by legal entities (companies), for which, of course, no personal data is processed. However, correspondence may be entered into with natural persons employed by the companies, whereby personal data is collected.
Likewise, Danish Ports occasionally enters into contracts with individuals.
Legal basis for the processing of your personal data
The processing of your personal data, including registration, storage and disclosure, is necessary for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Recipients of your personal data
Your personal data is treated with respect and we endeavor not to disclose it unless we are legally obliged to do so or if it is necessary to pursue the purposes described above.
In this case, the disclosure in relation to the contract is based on the stated legal basis.
The disclosure of contact information unrelated to the contract (e.g. recommendations) is based on Art. 6 Sect. 1, point f (legitimate interest)
Data processors
Danske Ports seeks to have as transparent processing of your personal data as possible, which is why you are presented below with the data processors we use. The data processors handle your personal data according to Danske Ports' instructions and can only use your data for the stated purpose.
Danske Havne uses the following data processors of relevance to your personal data:
All electronic documents are stored on external servers. These servers are managed by our data processor KIMO CONSULT ApS, Gammel Kongevej 11, 3rd floor, 1610 Copenhagen V, Denmark. CVR no. 31478073.
Accounting and bookkeeping is carried out by RegnskabsPro, Zara Liljekvist, Valdemars Allé 17, 2860 Søborg, tel. 22163506, CVR.nr: 29 89 53 41
Storage of your personal data
Your personal data is stored on our mail server managed by Kimo Consult.
Deletion
The data is continuously deleted from Danske Havne's servers after 1 month.
Danske Havne has the option of re-extracting data processed by Retriver if this is relevant and necessary.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about you.
- You have the right to access the data we process about you and a range of additional information.
- You have the right to have inaccurate information about yourself corrected.
- In exceptional cases, you have the right to have information about you erased before the time of our regular general erasure occurs.
- In certain cases, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. If you have the right to restrict processing, we may in future only process the data - except for storage - with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.
- In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.
